Navion Senior Solutions seeks an Operations Specialist to travel across the Southeast, providing hands-on support to Regional Directors of Operations and serving as Interim Executive Director for vacancies. On-site assignments cover occupancy, staffing, expenses, licensure and compliance, including pre-opening lease-up stages.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree with MBA a plus, 3+ years of Assisted Living ED experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 90%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of Assisted Living Executive Director experience with budgeting responsibilities preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Proven ability to foster a cooperative work environment and resolve conflicts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse communities.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and support long-term on-site assignments.
• Multistate Administrator License (NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, WV, KY a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Travel to Navion Senior Solutions communities as Interim Executive Director for vacancies.
• On-site assignments to turn around troubled communities focusing on occupancy, staffing, expenses and compliance.
• On-site openings during pre-opening and lease-up stages as needed.
• Assist with driving region revenue via move-ins and retention.
• Monitor regional expenses in staffing, overtime, bad debt, turnover and controllable costs.
• Ensure program and regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Train new EDs and other leaders as needed.
• Conduct and review Quality Assurance Audits.
• Resolve grievances from residents, families and staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain regulatory monitoring and ensure service area operations run smoothly.
