Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Traveling Installation Trainer for the East Coast market. Located in Atlanta, you will travel up to 50% to train installation teams across multiple markets and ensure well-planned, coordinated training activities.

You will deliver onboarding and ongoing programs, coach installers, and promote a strong safety culture. The role requires 3+ years in bath remodeling and a master level acrylic installer qualification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling.
• Required to be a MASTER LEVEL acrylic installer.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video creation).
• Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.
• Experience evaluating installer skill levels and coaching performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Travel as needed across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations on the East Coast (Atlanta, St Louis, Raleigh, Detroit, Miami) Up to 50% depending on business needs for promotion classes and training.
• Ensure well-planned, properly scheduled, and seamlessly coordinated training activities.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs in all markets.
• Assist installers in attaining installation objectives by providing feedback through jobsite review checklists.
• Drive a safety-minded culture and ensure a safe work environment.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to internal teams.

The Traveling Installation Trainer may travel up to 50% across 5 markets. Ideal candidate will live in Atlanta, and travel to other locations as needed.

Traveling Installation Trainer job duties:

• As a leader, Installation Trainer is responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to internal teams.
• Requirements of a Traveling Installation Trainer:
  • 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling.
  • Required to be a MASTER LEVEL acrylic installer.

Traveling Installation Trainer Benefits:

• The hourly pay rate is $38/hr
