Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Traveling Installation Trainer to lead acrylic bath and shower installation training across multiple markets. The role requires a master-level installer with strong carpentry, demolition, tile, and plumbing skills and a demonstrated ability to train teams.

The position involves up to 50% travel, mostly across Phoenix, Tucson, Houston and California regions, with a focus on safety, onboarding, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

3+ years of bath & shower remodeling experience.
Must be a Master Level acrylic installer.
Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing is required.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools such as PowerPoint and video creation.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 50% across 5 markets to deliver training.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate training activities.
Provide onboarding and ongoing training programs in all markets.
Assist installers by giving feedback and jobsite reviews.
Promote safety and lead a culture of safe work practices.
Track training effectiveness and report results to internal teams.
