Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Traveling Installation Trainer to support our West-Central markets, delivering onboarding and ongoing training across multiple locations. The role requires leading installation teams, ensuring safety, and coordinating sessions with our in-house trainers and installers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bath and shower remodeling, mastery of acrylic installation, carpentry and plumbing familiarity, and strong MS Office/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling.
• Master Level acrylic installer.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video creation).
• Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.
• Experience evaluating installer skill levels and coaching performance improvement
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
• Open to travel as needed across various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations for the West-Central Markets, up to 50% depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Travel as needed across various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations (Phoenix, Tucson, Houston, Parts of California). Up to 50% depending on business needs for promotion classes and training.
• Ensure well-planned, properly scheduled, and seamlessly coordinated training activities.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs in all markets.
• Assist installers in attaining installation objectives by providing feedback thorough jobsite review checklists.
• As a leader, Installation Trainer is responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to internal teams.

The Traveling Installation Trainer may travel up to 50% across 5 markets. Ideal candidate will live in the Phoenix area, and travel to other locations as needed.

Traveling Installation Trainer job duties:

• Required to be a MASTER LEVEL acrylic installer.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video creation).

Traveling Installation Trainer Benefits:

• The hourly pay rate is $38/hr
• Monday- Friday work schedule, 8 hour days
