Job summary

MPI is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial projects across Alabama, Ohio, and Texas. The role offers a structured travel rotation that lets you return home every other week while tackling large-scale, multi-market assignments.

You will supervise all on-site operations from preconstruction to closeout, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Strong background in ground-up industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
• Willingness to travel full-time and oversee multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, jobsite logistics, and daily construction activities
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders across multiple phases
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project performance
