Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects across multiple U.S. markets. The role involves taking ownership from mobilization through completion and traveling to project sites extensively.

The ideal candidate has a strong field background with subcontractor management skills and is proficient in Procore; Bluebeam experience is a plus. Projects are typically substantial, valued at $5M+.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Procore experience is required; Bluebeam preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial/industrial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate daily construction activities and project sequencing.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate inspections and project logistics.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality.
