Job summary

MPI seeks a Southeast traveling Superintendent to lead on-site operations on Light Industrial projects across multiple states. You will drive preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with PMs and stakeholders to keep targets in check.

The role requires a strong background in industrial or manufacturing projects and a willingness to travel full-time, with housing flexibility and a structured travel rotation.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Strong background in ground-up industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to run jobsite operations independently.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities
