HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Supervisor IS to lead two or more crews in daily operations, ensuring equipment readiness and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with clients on site.

The Supervisor will coordinate crews, supervise job performance, and may act as Operations/Branch Manager when needed, with travel up to 95%. TWIC card and valid DL are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning; supervisory exp preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in service line.
• Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience preferred.
• TWIC card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crews to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Might schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch based on calls, nights or weekends.
• May act as Operations or Branch Manager when required.
• Ensures equipment availability and suitability prior to job start.
• Inspects equipment and work area to prevent incidents and losses.
• Completes paperwork including service receipts for management.
