Job summary

Structure Resources is seeking an Industrial General Superintendent to join one of our premier electrical design-build contractors. This is a traveling, direct-hire opportunity supporting large-scale industrial electrical projects nationwide, including Indianapolis-area work.

The role oversees field operations, manpower planning, scheduling, safety, quality and productivity while mentoring multiple project teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience in industrial environments.
• Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Ability to obtain a Master Electrician License within 12 months (if applicable).
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical theory, and electrical safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and workforce planning across multiple projects.
• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen and Apprentices across sites.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, customers, and field leadership teams.
