Job summary

InPwr, Inc. seeks an experienced Industrial General Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects. This role drives safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across multiple jobsites nationwide.

The ideal candidate has extensive industrial electrical experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to manage field teams, safety compliance, and workforce development within INPWR's Water Division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, preferably industrial.
• Active Journeyman Electrician License required; Master Electrician license possible within 12 months.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple project sites and field personnel.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress across jobsites.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and project staffing across projects.
• Communicate with Site Superintendents, Foremen, and customers daily.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company initiatives.
