Jobot is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical department across projects in Indiana. The role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating electrical construction, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure top performance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will supervise electricians and apprentices, implement maintenance programs, and work closely with engineers and project managers to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the electrical department to high standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan electrical needs and oversee installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train, supervise, and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Prepare and present reports on electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and adopt new tech when beneficial.
