Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical projects.
• Prior leadership experience in a similar role.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite personnel and manage team performance.
• Oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with codes.
• Coordinate project logistics and maintain jobsite safety.

Skills

Strong leadership

Communication skills

Organizational skills

Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Proficient with standard electrical hand and power tools

Education

5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician

Master Electrician license (preferred)

Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
