Job summary

InPwr Inc. is looking for experienced electrical field leaders, specifically at the Experienced Foreman, General Foreman, or Site Superintendent level. The role involves leading jobsite personnel and overseeing commercial electrical installations throughout Southern Indiana.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and strong technical skills, including knowledge of the National Electrical Code. The position requires the ability to travel within Indiana and offers a challenging yet rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician on commercial projects.
• Prior leadership experience as an Experienced Foreman, General Foreman, or Site Superintendent.
• Master Electrician license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct jobsite personnel including Experienced Foremen and Electricians.
• Perform and oversee commercial electrical installations.
• Complete daily reports and track jobsite logistics.
