Job summary

Gold Coast Dental in California is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who excels at presenting high-value dental treatment plans and driving case acceptance across implant dentistry and full-mouth rehab.

You will travel between our offices, partner with doctors, and help grow our implant program by building trust, explaining financing options, and following up to improve outcomes.

This role offers uncapped bonuses, health/dental/401(k) benefits, and mileage reimbursement between offices.

Qualifications

• Proven success presenting and closing high-value dental treatment plans.
• Implant dentistry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Confidence discussing financial options and overcoming objections ethically.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel between offices.
• Open Dental experience is a plus.

This is not your typical front-office role! You’ll travel between multiple offices, partner with our doctors, and play a key role in growing our implant practices.
