Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values and supporting the pharmacy team to provide safe patient care.
• Travel across the district to support pharmacist scheduling gaps and cover shifts as needed.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
