CVS Health is seeking a part-time District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across the district. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient care in CVS Health stores within Connecticut.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in CT, an active NPI, and willingness to travel. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential, with some night/weekend shifts and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to patient safety by accurate prescription labeling and dispensing.
