Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services LLC seeks a Mechanical HVAC Technician - Traveling to install and service commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, condensers, evaporators, exhaust systems and refrigeration gear. This non-exempt role reports to the Project Manager and involves extensive travel.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder
• Travel 75-100% of time

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Superintendents with managing and completing building, demolition, removal and/or installation of equipment
• Ensure scope is understood and projects stay on time and budget
• Lead a crew of techs and review crew performance with Project Manager/Superintendents
• Perform site surveys to assist with estimating and project scope creation
• Source and coordinate sub-contractors as needed
• Ensure safety and proper site protocols throughout job
• Maintain daily reporting and accurate paperwork and reports
