Ameritech Facility Services LLC is seeking a Traveling Mechanical HVAC Technician to replace/install commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, condensers, evaporators, and refrigeration systems. The role requires leading a crew, coordinating with Project Managers, and maintaining safety and efficiency on diverse job sites.

The position involves travel, flexible schedule, and working with customers to review project scope, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

EPA Certification required.
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation/maintenance experience.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
Background check required.

Responsabilités

Assist Project Manager/Superintendents with managing installation/demolition of HVAC equipment and related tasks.
Lead a crew of technicians and communicate project scope to team.
Meet with customers/store personnel to review projects and ensure satisfaction.
Order and deliver materials; coordinate subcontractors when needed.
Perform site surveys to assist with estimating project scope and timelines.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain professional appearance and timely paperwork and reports.
