Job summary

ARCO/Murray Power Solutions is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC-heavy commercial and industrial builds in the Dallas area. You will coordinate subcontractors, align schedules, review shop drawings, and maintain cost control while reporting progress to the project manager and regional management.

This role requires 5–25 years in construction, strong leadership, familiarity with Procore and MS Office, OSHA certification, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• HVAC-heavy commercial/industrial project experience or related degree.
• Experience coordinating HVAC/mechanical scopes and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with drawings, submittals, RFIs, and installation requirements.
• Ability to travel to project sites and manage safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews for project details and preplanning.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and manpower requirements.
• Direct total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owners to integrate work with the schedule.
• Review requisitions, invoices, and progress reports.
• Maintain safety program adherence across all phases.
