Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. seeks a Traveling HVAC/R Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial projects from mobilization through commissioning.

You will direct field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule execution across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, and the ability to partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, and customers to resolve field issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical License, Construction Superintendent certification, or equivalent preferred.
• Texas ACR Registration or other applicable licensing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations of assigned HVAC/R projects.
• Provide direction and leadership to Foremen, Installers, Apprentices, and independent contractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Monitor progress, communicate schedule and productivity concerns to Project Management.
• Coach and develop field personnel and promote Lean practices.
