Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Foreman to lead HVAC/R installation activities at multiple project locations within the company’s operating region.

The role involves traveling to active sites, directing Installers and Apprentices, and coordinating with the Superintendent on manpower, materials, and schedules. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity, read construction drawings, and guide crews through complex HVAC/R installs while maintaining compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial/industrial HVAC/R construction preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading HVAC/R crews or as Lead Installer is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC/R installation practices.
• EPA certification appropriate to responsibilities required.
• Journeyman license or equivalent trade credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC/R field crews at commercial and industrial project locations.
• Coordinate daily field activities with Superintendent and other trades.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite, and mentor apprentices.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Maintain documentation and communications with project management.
