Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. seeks an experienced Traveling HVAC/Refrigeration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial HVAC/R construction projects.

You will direct Foremen, Installers, Apprentices, and subcontractors, coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, customers, and inspectors, ensuring commissioning and closeout are completed

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license or equivalent preferred.
• Experience coordinating commercial/industrial HVAC/R projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on HVAC/R projects.
• Provide direction and support to field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specs.
• Maintain communication with Project Managers, General Contractors, and customers.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Identify risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Mentor Foremen and apprentices for leadership development.
