Job summary

CKP Heating & Cooling seeks an experienced Traveling HVAC Project Foreman / Project Manager to lead a large-scale HVAC construction project in Port St. Lucie, FL, with mobilization from Bradenton.

You will oversee field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence. The role requires proven leadership, blueprint interpretation, and a track record delivering quality work on time across commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, equipment installation, and mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.
• Experience managing multiple crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations for assigned HVAC construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities from pre-construction through final completion.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Develop daily and weekly work plans for field personnel.
• Monitor project milestones and address scheduling conflicts.
