Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an experienced professional to lead on commercial building projects, overseeing labor, safety, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proven track record in construction supervision.

This position may involve up to 90% out-of-town travel. A high school diploma or trade program is required, with 6+ years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, trade program or technical school completion.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related trades.
• Ability to manage labor hours and work with minimal supervision.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource on assigned projects.
• Report on job status and performance, and control job costs.
• Coordinate with peers, customers, GCs and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and compliance with installation policies.
• Oversee project progress and potentially 3rd party resources.
