Job summary

F6 Data Solutions seeks Field Service Technicians to support startup and commissioning of hyperscale data center cooling systems. Travel up to 100% is required, with costs covered by the company.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform tests, and document results while coordinating with senior staff. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in HVAC or industrial equipment, strong problem-solving and reading schematics, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and reading of drawings.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and familiarity with schematics.
• Will travel up to 100% and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cooling systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform pre-functional checks, tests, and verify installations and piping.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document findings, and assist with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with startup leads and senior technicians; communicate via Teams.
