We seek a full-time HVAC Field Service Technician to join our Services team. As a small-medium business in the energy efficiency space, we partner with major retailers, restaurants, and grocers to ensure high-quality, energy-efficient buildings. Our national network of engineers and technicians provides a unique platform for growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, integrity, and service excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform system commissioning for commercial buildings, including Air/Water Balance, Indoor Air Quality testing, Equipment start-up, and Quality Assurance testing.
• Write technical reports upon project completion for customer submission.
• Provide technical support to Customers and Contractors to resolve issues promptly and thoroughly.
• Recommend service enhancements or modifications to meet evolving customer needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and contractors.
• Travel regionally or nationally, 100%+ required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• Certifications such as NEBB, AABC, TABB, NBC are a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems preferred.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, positive attitude, service leadership mindset.
• Attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking, conflict resolution skills.
• High integrity and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic, self-accountability.

• OSHA 30 Hour training preferred.

• Must pass driving record check and rent cars through National/Enterprise per company policy.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, and bend. Capable of climbing a minimum 30-foot ladder. Max lift 50 lbs, average less than 20 lbs. Exposed to seasonal weather, moving parts, electricity, travel conditions. Travel is 100%.
