Job summary

Hotel Rehabs, LLC is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead on-site hotel renovation projects across the United States. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution, review, and closeout, acting as the owner’s eyes on the ground to maximize project efficiency and quality.

Travel to worksites will be required, with lodging provided as needed. The role demands 2–7 years of commercial construction experience, strong communication, and proficiency with construction documents, MS

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of commercial construction experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency with construction documents and plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site renovation projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules; oversee punch lists.
• Execute change orders and manage RFIs.
• Compile vendor/sub-contractor estimates and balance budgets.
• Lead regular meetings with hotel representatives.
• Source local sub-contractors and maintain relationships.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, safe working conditions.
• Coordinate FF&E/material receiving, inventory, installation.
