Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency with construction documents & plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site renovation management from planning to closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Coordinate with hotel representatives, vendors, and subs.
• Ensure safety, document all activities, and track costs.
