Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks a Traveling Chef Manager to supervise kitchen operations across multiple locations in the Johnson City area. You will lead staff, ensure safety and sanitation, manage 50–55 hour weeks, and support dietary needs and therapeutic diets.

The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to pivot quickly and maintain high standards of quality and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience.
• Keen understanding of therapeutic and modified diets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain the station with safety and sanitation.
• Assist in cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Assist in placing food orders and restocking
• Provide relief to Dietary Manager as needed.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
