Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of an on-site property. Responsibilities include trash removal, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and cleaning duties across common areas and facilities.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation, ensure safety, and comply with Fair Housing laws. Candidates should be able to communicate in English and may need a valid driver's license depending on the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles and utility vehicles and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance - Daily trash removal, cleaning around dumpsters, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal per policy.
• Common Area and Facility Cleaning - Empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, and replenish supplies daily.
• Communication and Administrative Tasks - Deliver community fliers, use digital maintenance device to review and manage work orders daily.
• Safety and Compliance - Maintain a safe work environment, report hazards, adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Professional Standards - Attend meetings, maintain professional conduct with residents and staff.
• Assist staff with other tasks and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
