Springfield Farms is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of multiple residential and recreational properties in the Springfield, Brookline, and Rogersville areas. You will perform routine landscape maintenance, operate equipment, and support seasonal needs such as snow removal and pool upkeep.

The role requires hands-on, dependable, organized, mechanically minded individuals who can work independently with minimal direction and enjoy outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional groundskeeping or landscaping experience is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds and landscape maintenance across multiple properties.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance including snow removal and pool upkeep.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to support property improvement initiatives.
