JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a General Superintendent to lead complex mega projects nationwide. You will develop the project plan, manage teams, coordinate safety, quality, and costs, and drive on-site operations from start to close.

Expect heavy travel and full-time site presence across assignments in the United States. Qualified candidates have 12+ years in construction, 10+ years field supervision, a Bachelor’s in CM/engineering or related field, and proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Experience on large, high tech construction projects (data centers, semiconductor, industrial/manufacturing) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops project plan and executes on-site activities for complex projects.
• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Creates work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress reviews.
• Develops and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and costs using cost reports.
