Qualifications

• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project plan for assigned projects.
• Manage the team and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure safety compliance on project sites.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to conduct effective presentations

Proficiency in MS Office

Education
