Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent for Mega Projects within the Advanced Facilities Group. The role oversees complex, nationwide projects with a focus on data centers, semiconductor, and industrial/manufacturing facilities.

The General Superintendent will travel full-time, supervise teams, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and QA/QC across sites, reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on large, complex projects (preferred).
• Experience on data centers, semiconductor, or industrial/manufacturing projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on the project.
• Manages subcontractors, staff and workflow across the project.
• Develops work plans and manages self-performed work.
• Coordinates on-site operations, meetings and project schedules.
• Manages budget tracking, cost reports and change impacts.
• Ensures quality compliance and project closeout activities.
