Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced professional to support advanced technology projects, overseeing Superintendent and Foreman assignments and coordinating field labor across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, with travel 50%+ and strong communication skills. This is a salaried exempt, on-site position centered in a Northern Louisiana project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP, SharePoint).
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager to assign Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments per project needs.
• Support Superintendent through project duration and monitor ROJ dates.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents and Foremen to keep critical activities on track.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and escalate to PM team.
• Oversee development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide QA/QC program implementation and participate in Self-Perform opportunities planning.
• Assist in development of logistics plans and pre-construction activities.
