Job summary

Naples Hotel Group - Oldsmar seeks a Task Force General Manager to lead operations across transitioning properties. You will travel to sites, mentor on-site teams, and ensure continuity of service and brand standards while partnering with corporate to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals.

The role demands a strategic leader with deep hotel operations knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgeting, revenue strategies, and staff development across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel environment, preferably within a select-service brand.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations with hands-on exposure to front desk, housekeeping, or F&B.

Responsibilities

• Act as the acting General Manager at assigned properties, overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Travel to hotels within the Naples Hotel Group portfolio, including extended stays, based on business needs.
• Collaborate with corporate to communicate status updates and align on goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Ensure profitability, guest satisfaction, and team morale through leadership and sound decision-making.
• Oversee revenue management and cost control across departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and sales.
