Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to run our dental center in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You will oversee clinical and business performance, drive patient experience, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L, implement strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to continuous improvement. Travel up to 75% may be required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience leading teams in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of improving operations and financial results.

  • Ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
