Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman to lead field crews on telecom projects. You will oversee equipment, manage materials, and ensure safety and on-time completion.

This role requires at least three years' related experience, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States. You will train crew members, maintain DOT paperwork, and adhere to OSHA and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00 .
