Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee telecom construction crews, manage equipment, and ensure projects stay on schedule. You will lead teams, monitor safety, and coordinate daily activities to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and preference for prior foreman roles. This position offers the chance to advance within a safety‑first, growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience in construction or telecom fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00.
