Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects. You will safely operate and manage equipment, monitor project timelines, and support the supervisor with daily operations to keep work moving on schedule.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work in diverse weather conditions. Travel as needed with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00 .
