Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman to lead project crews on our telecom construction team. You will oversee equipment operation, manage materials, and ensure safety and productivity on site.

You will coordinate with supervision, monitor DOT and OSHA compliance, and mentor crew members to maintain schedules and quality across assignments.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is$28.00 - $38.00.
