Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and safety policies are followed.

You will manage equipment, coordinate with the supervisor, and help train crew members while maintaining DOT paperwork and production notes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, completing maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00.
