Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising up to 8 staff, covering shifts, completing end-of-day paperwork, and visiting different unit sites as needed. A valid driver’s license is required due to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the food service industry.
• Must complete Advance Food Safety Training within six months.
• Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and ensures compliance with policies to promote consistency across school locations.
• Provides hands-on coverage in units (cooking, cashier, prep, cleaning, office support).
• Conducts operational audits to ensure standards and guidelines are met.
• Provides follow-up visits and documentation for improvements and performance.
• Executes meal service when in a school and reviews food quality (taste, temp, appearance).
• Ensures menu adherence in all units.
• Manages HR policies to support employee relations and employer goals.
• Travel to district locations for events and visits.
