Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards, ensuring food safety, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service to enhance guest experiences.

You will conduct audits, monitor compliance, train staff, and investigate incidents, with travel 50-70% and evenings/weekends as needed. Must have CP-FS/ServSafe and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• ServSafe and CP-FS certification a plus.
• Availability Mon-Fri and Saturdays/evenings as needed.
• Strong knowledge of food safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure client standards.
• Observe food preparation to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with clients to address discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching to improve workplace safety.
• Travel 50-70% (8-10 days per month), including some evenings/weekends.
