Job summary

Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Traveling Finish Carpenter to bring expert finish carpentry skills to projects across the country. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a readiness to travel as part of a full-time position.

You’ll assist foremen, read blueprints, and use varied hand and power tools to deliver high-quality finishes. Expect diverse projects, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Finish carpentry experience and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel consistently—this is a full-time traveling role.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions and at different heights.
• Physical ability to lift/pull/push 50–100 lbs consistently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to producing top-notch work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of finish carpentry.
• Read blueprints and materials lists to ensure accurate execution.
• Use a variety of tools to complete high-quality finishes and structures.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with your team to create the customer’s vision efficiently and safely.
