Job summary

Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our field team. You will deliver high-quality commercial carpentry work on diverse projects while upholding safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

You will read plans, assist foremen, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture that values people and teamwork. Physical work at outdoor sites and varying heights is required; cross-training in steel framing is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and broaden construction expertise.
• Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50–100 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to continue growing skills.

Responsibilities
