The Mission

As a travelling Carpenter, you’ll take senior-level ownership of high-visibility commercial builds—driving outcomes, protecting schedule, and setting the craftsmanship bar on jobs that move.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and shape complex framing, blocking/backing, doors/hardware, finish work, and temporary works as projects evolve
  • Interpret blueprints/specs, execute precise layout, and verify dimensions with lasers/transits (total station preferred)
  • Coordinate daily with the superintendent and trades to keep production flowing and conflicts down
  • Run tools/equipment safely and efficiently; uphold OSHA and site safety expectations
  • Spot constructability issues early and propose practical field solutions
  • Mentor carpenters/apprentices and uphold professional jobsite standards
