You roll into a new site ready to make an immediate mark—checking the plan set, aligning with the Foreman/superintendent on priorities, and setting a crisp pace for the crew. Travel and overnights are part of the rhythm, and each stop brings a fresh puzzle: tight tolerances, shifting site conditions, and coordination moments where your judgment keeps momentum alive. Between lifts, layout checks, and punch-list pushes, you’re the steady hand that keeps quality sharp and clients confident.
