Robert Dietrick Company (RDC) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Operations team. You will travel to customer sites to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install loading dock equipment, industrial doors, and related commercial gear.

This hands-on role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and professional communication with customers. Prior experience in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment is a plus; RDC offers training and a

Qualifications

Hands-on mechanical experience required.
Experience diagnosing, repairing, disassembling, and reassembling mechanical equipment.
Strong understanding of how mechanical systems work together.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently in the field service environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle.
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install loading dock equipment, industrial doors, and related gear.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Conduct safety inspections and maintain documentation.
