Qualifications

• Two to five years of related field experience.
• OSHA 10/30 or higher certifications encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong communication and leadership across crews.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews and subs to meet project schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct hazard-awareness meetings.
• Coordinate resources and monitor quality on field operations.
• Prepare daily logs, timesheets, and reports for stakeholders.
