Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, reports, construction plans, specifications, and legal documents.
• Ability to communicate and schedule project needs appropriately.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for earthwork projects to meet safety, budget, and schedule targets.
• Directly manage lead personnel and on-site staff to drive efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with General Superintendents on workforce and equipment needs.
• Schedule subcontractors and monitor work to ensure adherence to agreements.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure up-to-date safety information.
• Lead Job Hazard Awareness meetings and daily safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs, schedules, and timecards.
• Provide timely documentation for safety, equipment damage, and injuries.
• Participate in pre-construction and ongoing project meetings.
• Mentor staff and enforce company policies, including disciplinary actions when needed.
